Support planning

The SDS add-on to Support Plan helps people with mental health problems to plan in advance for how they will manage their SDS when their condition fluctuates and they become unwell.

The test budgets for recovery tool helps the person in recovery decide which of the recovery outcomes they want to focus on and to think through how they might use their budget to do this. It records progress made in spending the budget. It contains an invoice designed to ensure that the payment of the test budget will not impact on benefits.
