Who is it for?
The SDS Information Checklist is for anyone giving information about self-directed support.
What does it do?
The SDS Information Checklist is designed to achieve quality and consistency in the local delivery of SDS information. It lists 4 key areas that information providers  should know about SDS before signposting people to relevant information.
How can you use it?
The SDS Information Checklist could be given to information providers and used when they are talking to individuals. It could also be used in team training and inductions. The checklist contains information specific to East Renfrewshire but can be adapted for use in other areas of Scotland.
