The East Renfrewshire Ageing Well Co-design Team comprised older people with dementia, carers, East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership SDS leads from social work and health, SDS worker, older persons social worker, day resource manager, health service manager, SDS Forum project co-ordinator, Advocacy Project worker, The Richmond Fellowship manager and support workers, Crossreach manager, Voluntary Action Seniors Together Project co-ordinator and the Chairperson of the Public Partnership Forum.
