What does it do?
Dot voting is a quick and easy voting system that encourages the group to work in an equal way.
How do you use it?
When you have a range of ideas to prioritise, give everyone in the group a number of sticky dots.
Ask everyone to vote for their favourite idea using the dots. People can use their dots how they wish i.e. they can vote on the same idea three times.
Useful resources when using the tool
Have some sticky dots cut into strips just in case you need to do some emergency dot voting!
